While almost every other industry has been disrupted by technology, the residential rental market has been left behind. Until now. Block.a is the first end-to-end leasing platform to unlock the efficiency landlords need while creating the experience renters want.

To communicate block.a’s expanded mission, Martian Arts developed a new logo and visual identity. The location pin icon shaped to form a letter “a” symbolizes new beginnings and

possibilities and is carried throughout their brand identity. We also focused on developing new content and redesigned their website to serve two audiences: renters and landlords.

As they go forth on their mission to remove friction within the traditional leasing process, block.a is building the future of residential leasing one block at a time.
